Our policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted on unworn or unused merchandise, with the original shoe box, and a refund or exchange will be given.
• Merchandise will be accepted if returned to us within 30 days after you receive it.
• Defective returns are accepted up to 6 months after purchase and will be given a store credit or exchange.
• No authorization codes are needed. Simply ship your purchase back to the address below. The return will be processed and credit issued or an exchange sent out within two days of the day we receive the merchandise.
• We are not responsible for any shipping charges involved in returning merchandise for credit or exchange. Collect shipments and collect phone calls will not be accepted.
• If requesting an exchange, please remember to include the size and color you would like us to ship back to you, shipping back to you is free of charge.
