R&G Shoes is a euro-comfort and fashion store. We believe that form and function are equal and strive to provide a unique selection of well designed shoes from around the world.

History

We are a local family owned and operated comfort shoe store. Owner, John Green's grandfather opened his first shoe store, R&G Bootery in downtown Fargo, ND in 1919. In 1972, R&G opened a second store at West Acres Mall. Five years later, the downtown R&G Bootery location closed, but the West Acres store still continues to thrive. The shoes have changed over the years but our core values have not. We believe in real service. Our employees are knowledgeable and will make your shoe shopping experience easy and pleasant.

John and his daughter, Stephanie have opened two additional stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area under the name, SHU: Global Footwear. Shu opened its doors in St. Paul in Fall 2003 and in St. Louis Park in Fall 2006!
